POLICY OF EXCELLENCE

The firm has continued to develop a culture based on Excellence, particularly since 2000 when it obtained ISO 9002 quality certification. This is demonstrated by our Vision and Strategy, management focused on customer as well as employee satisfaction, without forgetting the principles of professional ethics. The Management System is based on processes within a specified Policy and Strategy. Our management system is participatory and the majority of its members have responsibility for processes.
